What can I say about the Beatles.  As you can (see and listen), the majority of my songs are from the Beatles, in my opinion, the greatest rock band of all time.  I was too young to see them come to St. Louis back in '66 (I think), but was fortunate enough to see Paul play, I believe in '94, which was a great show (also at Busch Stadium).  Since then, my wife Joan and I discovered the next best thing; 1964 The Tribute.  We've seen them about 3 or 4 times, and these guys are the best.  The early Beatles songs are just short (too short in fact), sweet, and simple.  There's an overall joy in listening to all eras of their music.  Abbey Road just became available to download for you Beatles Rock Band fanatics out there.  I'll be downloading it soon for my son's hand-me-down Wii.  I love singing their ballads, especially "This Boy".  I'll probably be adding more, because they're just so damn good!  I hope you enjoy my covers, as well as I enjoy recording them.  Peace - Jim Polwort (10/19/2009).
