History - Past to Present:
|
My favorite bands are the Beatles, The Stones, The Who, The Kinks, XTC, U2, The Police, Tom Petty, REM, Cake, Radiohead, and Collective Soul
I was born and raised in Philadelphia. Music with me began at the age of 11 in the Philadelphia Boys Choir, as a Second Soprano. When puberty hit, that gig was over real quick as I went from second soprano into a tenor real quick. I also played Trombone in elementary school and high school. As far my interest in Bass goes, it started when I heard McCartney's brief Bass solo on Every Bodies Got Something to Hide Except for Me and Monkey. Although very brief, I never heard anything like that before. From that moment on I pursued the Bass.
I came to the St Louis area courtesy of the Air Force in 2004. I retired in 2007 and made the Metro-East region my home.
In 2009 I formed String Theory. A band that cover's 80's, 90's and the newer music. We cover some mainstream songs as well as a few more obscure musical gems that include some one hit wonders
